Strategically situated in Tangshan City, Hebei Province—the core capital of China’s high-performance steel manufacturing corridor—Hansheng Technology stands as a global benchmark in steel fabrication. Positioned exactly 150 kilometers from the logistics gateway of the Tianjin seaport and 150 kilometers from the administrative capital, Beijing, our facilities leverage an integrated supply chain nexus. This guarantees highly optimized distribution routes and minimal transit times for partners worldwide.
Established in 2006, our operations have scaled to meet complex global procurement expectations. Armed with 8 high-efficiency, fully-integrated rolling mills and structural lines, we maintain a robust annual output capacity reaching 300,000 to 650,000 metric tons. Our product architecture encompasses high-grade hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled carbon sheets, structural sections, precision wire rods, and advanced zinc-aluminum-magnesium coatings.
Our business model is guided by an uncompromising mission: "Focusing on prime building and machinery materials to create a safer, more resilient infrastructure." We do not treat clients as transactional accounts; we build enduring corporate partnerships rooted in contract fidelity and metallurgical excellence.
Machinery fabrication requires materials that optimize strength-to-weight ratios. The industry is rapidly shifting toward High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) steel grades. These grades allow structural engineers to reduce overall thickness without compromising dynamic load capacities. Micro-alloying processes—introducing precise increments of Titanium, Niobium, and Vanadium—yield a refined grain microstructure. This guarantees excellent weldability and toughness under low ambient temperatures.
Modern procurement managers face supply chain instability and shifting tariffs. Consequently, key buyers seek multi-standard certified hot-rolled coils (such as EN 10025, ASTM A1011, and JIS G3101) to streamline regional compliance. Reliability is no longer determined solely by cost. It is measured by coil weight consistency, edge-wave control, yield stability, and the option to ship pickled & oiled (HRPO) sheets that can bypass initial production processing stages.
Operating across international markets requires strict compliance with domestic engineering frameworks. Hansheng Technology maintains robust quality systems audited to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 specifications. We facilitate third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV) prior to vessel departure, and supply complete mill test certificates (MTC) conforming to EN 10204 3.1. This ensures full traceability from ladle chemistry to the finished machinery component.
To ensure complete alignment with international manufacturing guidelines, our processing lines produce hot-rolled steel coils to the following standard parameters. Custom tolerances and specialized chemistries are available upon consultation with our engineering team.

Machinery manufacturing demands hot-rolled steel that can withstand intense stamping, laser cutting, and robotic welding processes without warping. Our coils undergo precision leveling and tension leveling. This ensures uniform internal stress distribution, preventing spring-back issues when sheets are cut into complex geometries.
Whether fabricating chassis components for heavy earthmoving equipment, stamping automotive brackets, drawing transmission housings, or manufacturing structural scaffolding systems, our coils supply the required mechanical properties.
Hansheng Technology is actively moving toward green steel manufacturing. As global environmental initiatives tighten, we are updating our mills to support low-carbon hot rolling processes. This includes transitioning our heating furnaces to clean natural gas energy and researching hydrogen-reduction integration.
Over the next three years, our technological roadmap focuses on the implementation of smart sensor-enabled rolling mills. These systems track thermal variations in real-time, producing superior grain size consistency across the entire length of the coil. Additionally, we are expanding our custom thin-gauge hot-rolled coil offerings, allowing manufacturers to replace heavier, cold-rolled materials with high-strength hot-rolled sheets, reducing raw material costs.

Supplied premium structural framing steel and heavy-gauge scaffolding materials, ensuring critical load safety parameters for state-level assembly architecture.
Provided high-tensile structural profiles and wear-resistant support steel plates optimized for harsh, high-vibration manufacturing environments.
Shipped custom light-gauge structural C-channels and weather-resistant coils engineered to handle severe northern seasonal transitions.
Standard hot-rolled coil has a layer of iron oxide scale on its surface, created during hot rolling. Pickled and oiled coils (HRPO) undergo an acid wash to strip this scale away. The steel is then coated with a thin oil film to prevent corrosion. HRPO steel offers a cleaner surface, facilitating laser cutting and welding, and removing the need for post-fabrication shot blasting.
We use Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) systems on our rolling lines. Hydraulic roll gap control monitors thickness in real-time. Flatness is managed through specialized roll bending and tension levelers. This keeps thickness tolerances within the ranges specified by ASTM A568 and EN 10051.
For welding applications, low carbon and low manganese steels like EN 10025 S235JR or ASTM A36 are highly recommended. For higher load capacities, S355JR or Q355B offer excellent performance. They maintain low carbon equivalents (CEV ≤ 0.45), which prevents heat-affected zone cracking during welding.
Every production batch undergoes comprehensive mechanical and chemical testing. This includes tensile tests, yield strength measurements, elongation index calculation, Charpy V-notch impact tests, and chemical ladle analysis. Customers receive a complete Mill Test Certificate (MTC) conforming to EN 10204 3.1 with every delivery.
Our close proximity to Tianjin Port (150 km) and major transport corridors provides rapid access to bulk carriers and container terminals. This reduces local transit costs and shortens export shipping schedules.
