Select from our structural hot-rolled, galvanized, and high-strength metal components engineered for infrastructure development and commercial manufacturing.
Based strategically in Tangshan City, Hebei Province—the heart of China’s steel manufacturing industry—Hansheng Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd. benefits from a world-class manufacturing ecosystem and unparalleled logistics capabilities. Situated only 150 kilometers from the seaport of Tianjin and 150 kilometers from the capital city, Beijing, we offer global procurement teams optimized transportation times, reduced freight costs, and instant custom clearance links.
Since our founding in 2006, our operational capacity has expanded to meet the strict demands of international procurement. We operate 8 high-performance production lines, with an annual output capacity of 300,000 metric tons. Our comprehensive product portfolio spans Galvanized Steel Wire, Hot/Cold Rolled Steel Coils and Sheets, GI/PPGI, GL/PPGL, and structural section steels. Everything is engineered and verified to meet rigorous global standards, including GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, EN, and AS/NZS.
Modern manufacturing demands more than raw output; it requires structural intelligence and supply chain flexibility. Hansheng Technology incorporates advanced automated control loops and material tracking to guarantee consistent metallurgical characteristics across every batch of hot-rolled coils.
Using real-time gauge controls (AGC), our mill maintains tight thickness tolerances, reducing variation across the coil length and maximizing yield for downstream stamping operations.
Proximity to both Tianjin Port and Beijing permits rapid dispatching. Real-time fleet synchronization keeps shipping lanes clear and lowers dispatching delays.
ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 certification frame our production protocols. Pre-shipment chemical analysis and mechanical testing verify conformity prior to loading.
The global steel market is transitioning toward decarbonization, high-strength structural grades, and precision tolerances. Hansheng Technology is investing in thermal mechanical control processing (TMCP) and advanced micro-alloying techniques to deliver thin-gauge hot-rolled strip steel with high yield strengths.
Through micro-alloying with titanium, niobium, and vanadium, we optimize grain refinement, producing S500MC and S700MC grades that satisfy the automotive and heavy machinery sectors' demands for structural weight reduction.
Looking forward, our focus remains on green steel initiatives. By partnering with scrap steel integration units and implementing energy recovery systems on our reheating furnaces, we aim to systematically reduce the carbon intensity (CO2 per ton) of our hot-rolled coil offerings, supporting compliance with international ESG targets and carbon borders.

Hot-rolled steel coil serves as the foundation for modern heavy industry. Our products support applications across diverse global sectors.
Providing hot-rolled plate and slit strips for structural beams, welded H-sections, sheet piling, and bridge assemblies. Structural steel requires high tensile properties to handle significant static and dynamic loads under extreme environmental conditions.
Sourcing the correct structural grades (e.g., API 5L or ASTM A53) is critical for structural pipe manufacture, hollow structural sections (HSS), and fluid transport tubes. Precise edge preparation and consistent chemical composition facilitate efficient welding.
Utility-scale solar structures rely on robust, zinc-aluminum-magnesium or hot-dip galvanized steel components. These coatings begin with high-quality hot-rolled substrate coil, which provides the necessary structural rigidity against high winds.
Corrosion-resistant grades like Corten A/B (weather-resistant structural steel) are essential for cargo container fabrication. They must withstand salt-spray exposure and structural stacking loads during global shipping transits.
Procuring steel internationally presents challenges including price volatility, logistics delays, and compliance issues. Hansheng Technology provides structural solutions for global procurement managers.
We offer flexible contract terms, including index-linked pricing options and mill-backed material allocations, helping buyers manage raw material cost fluctuations.
To prevent surface rust from sea-salt moisture, our hot-rolled coils are wrapped in heavy-duty VCI anti-rust paper, secured with metal bands, and stowed in dry cargo holds.
We provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) matching EN 10204 3.1 standards with every shipment, verifying chemical compositions (Carbon, Manganese, Silicon) and mechanical limits.

Our hot-rolled coils are manufactured to meet ASTM A568 and EN 10051 dimensional standards. For typical thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 20mm, thickness tolerances are maintained within +/- 0.15mm via automated AGC systems. Widths span from 600mm to 1500mm, with slitting edge variations managed within -0/+2mm.
For standard black hot-rolled coils, we apply a light protective oil film and wrap each unit in heavy-duty VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper. Coils are secured with four steel radial bands and three circumferential bands. We also supply pickled and oiled (HRPO) material, which features a scale-free surface suitable for direct laser cutting, stamping, and welding.
We supply standard mild steels (ASTM A36, S235JR, SS400), structural grades (ASTM A572 Gr 50, S355JR/J2, SS490), and high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) grades (S500MC, S700MC) for structural applications requiring weight reduction. All shipments include Mill Test Certificates (MTC) matching EN 10204 3.1 standards.
Tangshan represents the largest steel cluster in China, providing reliable access to raw materials and processing mills. Located 150 km from Tianjin Port, we can move cargo from our facility to vessel holds within 24 hours of customs release, reducing container turnaround delays.
We accommodate pre-shipment inspections (PSI) conducted by international agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV. These inspections typically cover heat number verification, dimensional tolerance checks, tensile testing, charpy impact test witnessing, and packaging reviews.
